Procedures & Treatments

From simple tests to advanced surgery, treatment designed around you.

I offer a wide range of investigations and treatments, from simple day-case procedures to more advanced surgical interventions. Each procedure is carefully tailored to your individual needs, and I will always explain the benefits, risks, and alternatives before going ahead.

A cystoscopy is a simple camera test used to look inside the bladder and urethra. It helps diagnose causes of symptoms such as blood in the urine, recurrent infections, or changes in urinary flow. This is usually done under local anaesthetic and most patients can return home the same day.

This procedure takes small tissue samples from the prostate for analysis, usually after a raised PSA or an abnormal prostate scan. It provides accurate information to confirm or rule out prostate cancer. The biopsy is performed under anaesthetic for comfort and is a short day-case procedure.

For men with erectile dysfunction that has not improved with medication or other treatments, a penile implant can provide a reliable, long-term solution. The implant is placed inside the penis and allows a man to achieve an erection suitable for sexual activity.
